Nikos & Olympia Hotel Apartments, is giving you the opportunity to organize your holidays, easily and cheaply without dealing with travel agents, extra costs and worries.

When you decide to buy one of our “HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION CARD” that is available the whole time of year, you immediately receive all the advantages of hotel apartment accommodation and you can plan your holidays any time you wish.

You may spend you holidays the whole year at any time, without any extra charge.

  HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION CARD-TYPES

a. APTS: includes accommodation for two persons in an one-bedroom apartment, air-conditioning or central heating.

b. STUDIO: includes accommodation for two persons in a studio, air-conditioning or central heating.

c. FAMILY (1 CHILD): includes accommodation for two persons and a child (2-16)y in an one-bedroom apartment, air-conditioning or central  heating.

d. FAMILY (2 CHILD): includes accommodation for two persons and two children (2-16)y in an one-bedroom apartment, air-conditioning or central  heating.

ü      How much does it cost?    

The price includes accommodation, A/C or Central Heating and all taxes are included.

ü             How can I buy “HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION CARD”?

v      STEP 1: Decide which type of “HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION CARD” is suitable for you.

v      STEP 2: Decide the way you wish to pay (visa, cheque, cash etc)

v      STEP 3: Sign the contract and get your “HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION CARD” for a whole year.

ü             Rules & Conditions

1.             “HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION CARD” gives you the opportunity to visit NIKOS & OLYMPIA HOTEL APTS as many times as you wish the whole year.

2.             When you are planning to come for your holidays, you will have to give one-month notice and if you wish to come in August two-month notice is needed.

3.             If you wish to accommodate a friend during your staying, there will be a charge of  €10.00 per person/day.

4.             If  NIKOS & OLYMPIA HOTEL APTS have no availability, it is possible that you may be transfer somewhere else for a few days without any charge.

5.             Cleaning will be provide to you 5-times , linen change 2-times and towels 2-times per week.

6.             There is no extra charge for children under 2 year old or for baby-cots.

7.             No refund is available.

8.             “HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION CARD” is valid only to customer that  are written in the signed contract.

9.             The offer is valid for the whole year from 1st January until 31st December each year. You cannot transfer any days for next year.

10.         If you wish to leave your luggage or part of your things behind, you will be able to do it with an extra minimum cost of €20.00 per month.

11.         In case you lose your “HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION CARD” you may ask for replacement.

q       If you buy “HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION CARD” before 30^th January each year, you receive 5% off the price.

q       If a group of people (8-10) buy “HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION CARD”, they will all receive 10% off.
